Placing An Order & When to Expect Your Cookies

All confirmed orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 days, once the order is baked it will be shipped immediately.

For larger orders that are 36+ cookies, or special occasions, contact us at contact us at cookiecravings@cookiecravingsbakery.com or on the contact form at the bottom of this page, so we can fulfill your order details as best as we can to your desired timeline.

Return Policy:

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to us via email, and we will work to address your issue appropriately. 

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

Please note, Cookie Cravings is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We package each order individually. We guarantee all packages will be sent out in excellent condition but cannot be held liable for any damages while in transit to the customers' shipping destination.

At Cookie Cravings, while some of our cookies do not contain nuts, we are not a nut-free or allergy-free facility. All cookies are made in a facility where peanuts and other tree nuts are used. While processes are implemented to reduce the risks of any cross-contamination, we unfortunately cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination in our production process.

All of our products are made in an area where we process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy peanuts and tree nuts. Please know Cookie Cravings is not an allergy-free bakery. By purchasing products from Cookie Cravings the customer agrees that Cookie Cravings cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions.

How long do your cookies stay fresh?

All cookies are baked fresh to order using high quality ingredients, we do not use any preservatives in our cookies. Each cookie is individually heat sealed to maintain and maximize freshness. We (of course) recommend enjoying your cookies soon as possible!

How can I reheat my cookies?

If you're like us, and prefer warm, soft and gooey cookies, then we got you covered! To reheat, remove the cookies from the packaging and place them in the microwave for 10 seconds. You may also reheat cookies by preheating your oven to 350°F then placing the cookies in for 5 minutes or until the center is warm.. we prefer the oven method😊

If you utilize either of the reheating methods above, please keep in mind that any cookies with icings, garnishes or other toppings will not withstand the reheating processes.
